Receive a large mason jar brimming with blooms delivered to your door, once every two weeks June through September for a total of 9 deliveries.
We coordinate colours and design with whatever is blooming in our fields that week so they are always super fresh! If there are any colours you love (or hate!) let us know in the additional information and we will try our best to accommodate.
We deliver to Sarnia, Brights Grove, Corunna and Wyoming. If you are outside our service area you are able to pick-up your subscription at our farm flower shoppe located at 2578 Confederation Line.
Recipients will be contacted in May to confirm delivery day and details.
If this is a gift, after checkout you will be emailed a printable pdf of your gift voucher to tuck in a card. If you are not able to print or prefer a physical copy, please send us a note and we will arrange one for you.
